我国苜蓿草种植情况及发展困境——基于内蒙古阿鲁科尔沁旗的实地调查

Alfalfa Planting Situation and Development Predicament in China——Based on Field Investigation of Inner Mongolia Ar Horqin Banner

阿鲁科尔沁旗优质牧草种植基地作为内蒙古牧草产业核心地区,在发展牧草种植与相关产业、保护和治理沙地生态、发展畜牧业、增加农牧民收入方面起到了积极作用,但仍面临着发展受制进口种子设备、土地和水资源的制约、优质牧草供需不平衡等困境。通过实地调查发现,应在持续推进牧草产业高质量发展中,充分考虑不同区域自然地理气候条件,合理规划种植规模,从全国范围内优化优质牧草产业布局,以产学研相结合的方式强化牧草“芯片”和设备的攻坚,完善相关主体利益联结机制。

The Ar Horqin Banner high-quality forage planting base is the core area of the forage industry in Inner Mongolia,it has played an active role in developing forage planting and related industries,protecting and controlling sandy land ecology,developing animal husbandry and increasing the income of farmers and herdsmen.However,it is still faced with some difficulties,such as restricted development of imported seed equipment,land and water resources,unbalanced supply and demand of high-quality forage.Based on the field investigation,we think that we should take into account the natural geographical and climatic conditions in different regions and plan the planting scale reasonably in the process of promoting the high-quality development of forage industry,we will optimize the distribution of high-quality forage industry nation-wide,strengthen the forages‘chip’and equipment by combining production,study and research,and improve the mechanism of interest-linking of related subjects.
