达芬奇机器人在胰腺外科中的研究应用进展

Research and application of Da Vinci robot in pancreatic surgery

摘要 随着高分辨率影像设备的使用以及大众对胰腺疾病的认识逐步加深,胰腺良性及低度恶性肿瘤的诊断率不断上升。近年来,微创外科技术发展迅速,为胰腺外科术后的快速康复提供可能。达芬奇机器人作为目前最先进的微创手术系统,其搭载高清3D成像系统及更为先进的优化机械臂设置,在外科手术尤其是胰腺手术中优势巨大。笔者以近年来多项相关研究为基础,结合自身经验,对达芬奇机器人应用于胰腺外科手术的现状及展望作出阐述。 With the use of high-resolution imaging equipment and the gradual deepening of the public's understanding of pancreatic diseases,the diagnosis rate of benign and low-grade malignant tumors of the pancreas has been increasing.In recent years,minimally invasive surgical techniques have developed rapidly,providing the possibility for rapid rehabilitation after pancreatic surgery.As the most advanced minimally invasive surgical system at present,Da Vinci robot is equipped with high-definition 3D imaging system and more advanced optimized robotic arm Settings,which has great advantages in surgical operations,especially pancreatic surgery.Based on a number of relevant studies in recent years and combined with my own experience,the author expounded the current situation and prospect of the application of Da Vinci robot in pancreatic surgery.
