摘要
为研究汽车热泵空调在低温时的制热性能及各项参数对系统性能的影响,搭建了热泵系统实验台,研究了汽车热泵空调系统在室外温度为-10~0℃的制热量及制冷系数(COP),分析了室外换热器风速和室内冷凝器风量对系统性能的影响。基于正交设计,通过一维仿真分析了低温时压缩机转速、电子膨胀阀开度、室内冷凝器风量、室外换热器风速对系统性能指标的影响并确定了最优参数。结果表明:COP随环境温度和室内冷凝器风量的提升而升高,室外换热器风速对COP的影响不大;选择不同的评价指标时,参数对指标的影响及最优参数组合皆有差异。
In order to study the performance of automotive heat pump air conditioning at low temperatures and the influence of various parameters on the system performance,a heat pump system experimental bench was built in this paper.The experimental study investigated the heat production and COP of the automotive heat pump air conditioning system at outdoor temperature of-10~0℃.The effects of outdoor heat exchanger air speed and indoor condenser air volume on the system performance were analyzed.Based on the orthogonal design,the effects of compressor speed,electronic expansion valve opening,indoor condenser air volume and outdoor heat exchanger air velocity on the system performance indexes were analyzed by onedimensional simulation at low temperature.And the optimal parameters were determined.The results show that the COP increases with the increase of ambient temperature and indoor condenser air volume.the effect of outdoor heat exchanger air velocity on the COP is not significant.When different evaluation indexes are selected,the magnitude of the effect of the parameters on the indexes and the optimal combination of parameters are different.
