摘要
随着汽车电动化进程加快,整车(NVH)性能越来越受到各方关注,作为振动噪声传递路径的重要一环,扭梁液压衬套的动态特性优化对整车NVH性能表现有较大正向作用。搭建了扭梁液压衬套集总参数模型,拟合各结构参数值,解析了定幅值下的液压衬套动态特性曲线,经过与实测曲线对比证明了模型的可靠性及参数的准确性。综合考虑试验结果,得出最佳的液压衬套参数组合,并以此进行了衬套试制及相关测试。数据表明,优化后的衬套结构能显著降低车内路噪及方向盘振动,提高整车NVH性能表现。
With the acceleration of the electrification process of automobiles,the performance of the whole vehicle(NVH)is receiving increasing attention from all parties.As an important part of the vibration and noise transmission path,the optimization of the dynamic characteristics of the torsion beam hydraulic bushing has a significant positive effect mn the NVH performance of the whole vehicle.A lumped parameter model of the torsion beam hydraulic bushing was constructed,and the values of various structural parameters were fitted.The dynamic characteristic curve of the hydraulic bushing under a fixed amplitude was experimental results,the optmal combination of hydraulic bushing parameters was determined,and based on this,liner trial production and related testing were carriedd out.The data shows that the optimized lining structure can significantly reduce road noise and steering wheel vibration inside the vehicle,and improve the overall NVH performance of the vehicle.
