摘要
利用材料设计和产品结构仿真分析法,验证了商用车重卡导流罩采用聚双环戊二烯(PDCPD)材料的性能效果。结果表明,在PDCPD材料密度为1.054 g/cm^(3)的情况下,产品可实现减重30%以上。从材料性能分析看,抗拉强度达到32 MPa,弯曲强度达到82.9MPa,弯曲模量达到2150 MPa,缺口冲击强度为32 kJ/m^(2)。从产品性能来说,前4阶模态频率均≥25Hz以上,导流罩产品静态强度≤40 MPa,动态强度≤25 MPa,薄弱部位的刚度≤16 mm,此产品材料与结构均满足设计要求。
Combined with material design and simulated analysis,PDCPD materials have been analyzed of fairing for heavy-duty truck commercial vehicle.The results show that PDPCD materials can reduce the weight by more than 30%when the density of PDCPD material is about 1.054 g/cm^(3).At the same time,the tensile strength of the material is 32 MPa,the bending strength is 82.9MPa,the bending modulus is 2150 MPa,and the notched impact strength is 32 kJ/m^(2) at 23℃.However the first four modal frequencies of fairing for heavy-duty truck commercial vehicle are all≥25Hz,the stiffness values of the weak fairing are all less than 16mm,the dynamic strengths values of the fairing are less than 36 MPa,the static strengths values of the fairing are less than 23MPa,and all performance of the fairing are favorable to meet the design requirements.
