某车型后排座椅鞭打性能研究与优化

摘要 根据C-NCAP 2021版规程,后排座椅增加动态鞭打要求,目前公布的试验车型结果得分较低。为解决后排鞭打得分难的问题,结合某车型后排座椅鞭打试验数据,对得分较低的颈部伤害指数NIC、上颈部Fz+及下颈部Fz+数据进行分析,再针对后排座椅的结构特性,提出降低后排座椅卷收器位置,调整座椅头枕高度、角度及头后间隙的措施,达到提升后排座椅鞭打性能的目的。同时对试验优化过程进行总结,为相关座椅鞭打性能的开发提供参考。 According to the C-NCAP2021 version regulations,dynamic whiplash test requirements are added to the rear seat.In order to solve the problem of difficult whiplash test score in the rear seat,this paper combined with the whiplash test data of the rear seat of a vehicle model,analyzed the neck injury index NIC,upper neck Fz+and lower neck Fz+data with low scores,combined with the structural characteristics of the rear seat,In order to improve the whipping performance of the rear seat,it is proposed to lower the position of the rear seat retractor,adjust the height,Angle and rear clearance of the seat headrest.At the same time,combining with the experimental verification process,the principle of improving the rear seat whipping performance is summarized,which provides reference for the development of related seat whiplash test performance.
