循经取穴推拿联合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果

Effect of Acupoint Massage Combined with Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:分析循经取穴推拿联合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月贵阳市乌当区人民医院收治的LDH患者60例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组应用温针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予循经取穴推拿治疗。比较两组疼痛程度、腰椎活动度、症状积分、腰椎功能。结果:治疗7d、15d后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组屈伸、侧屈、旋转度大于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组麻木、腰腿疼痛、肢体发凉、下肢放射痛积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Oswestry功能障碍指数低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组日本骨科协会评估治疗分数高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循经取穴推拿联合温针灸治疗LDH的效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛,缓解症状,改善腰椎活动度及腰椎功能。

Objective:To analyze the effect of acupoint massage combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:A total of 60 LDH patients were selected as the study objects at Wudang District People's Hospital of Guiyang City from January to December 2023,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.Pain degree,lumbar motion,symptom score and lumbar function were compared between the two groups.Results:After 7 and 15 days of treatment,the score of visual analogue score in the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,flexion,lateral flexion and rotation of the two groups were greater than before treatment,and the observation group was greater than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of numbness,waist and leg pain,limb chills and lower limb radiating pain in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Oswestry disability index in the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the treatment scores assessed by the Japanese Orthopaedic Association in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint massage combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion has significant effect on LDH,which can relieve pain,relieve symptoms and improve lumbar motion and function.
