康复新液治疗头颈部肿瘤放疗患者口腔黏膜炎的效果

Effect of Kangfuxin Liquid on Oral Mucositis in Patients with Head and Neck Tumor Treated by Radiotherapy

目的:探讨康复新液治疗头颈部肿瘤放疗患者口腔黏膜炎的效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年12月贵州省人民医院收治的头颈部肿瘤放疗后口腔黏膜炎患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用康复新液治疗。比较两组临床疗效与生活质量。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007)。治疗前,两组中国头颈部癌生命质量测定量表(QLICP-HN)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组QLICP-HN各项评分及总分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液对促进头颈部肿瘤放疗患者口腔黏膜炎改善的应用效果显著,能提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Kangfuxin liquid on oral mucositis in patients with head and neck tumor treated by radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 90 patients with oral mucositis after radiotherapy for head and neck tumor were selected as the study objects in Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in QLICP-HN scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,QLICP-HN scores and total scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangfuxin liquid has a remarkable effect on improving oral mucositis in patients with head and neck tumor radiotherapy,and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
