推拿在颈椎病患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Massage in Patients with Cervical Spondylosis

目的:分析推拿在颈椎病患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年10月铜仁市松桃苗族自治县民族中医院收治的颈椎病患者80例作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各40例。对照组应用针刺、红外线照射和中药热敷治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用推拿治疗。比较两组中医症状积分、疼痛程度以及生活质量。结果:治疗前,两组中医症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗14、28 d后,两组中医症状积分低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗14、28 d后,两组VAS评分低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗14、28d后,两组SF-36评分高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿在颈椎病患者治疗中的应用效果较好,可缓解患者症状,减轻疼痛,提高生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with cervical spondylosis were selected as the research objects at the Tongren City Songtao Miao Autonomous County Ethnic Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023,and were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,infrared irradiation and traditional Chinese medicine hot compress,and the experimental group was treated with massage on the basis of the control group.TCM symptom score,pain degree and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05);after 14 and 28 days of treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 14 and 28 days of treatment,VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 14 and 28 days of treatment,the SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis patients is good,can alleviate the symptoms of patients,reduce pain,improve the quality of life.
