胡志俊教授将腰椎间盘突出症的病机总结为“虚损为本,瘀毒为标”,虚、瘀、毒三者逐渐进展而又互相影响,最终形成虚、瘀、毒三者互致的病机演变状态。辨证论治,结合患者就诊时的疾病状态,予以疏筋解结化瘀毒、益肾壮骨补内虚等法治疗,并创复元康体操指导患者功法锻炼,临床疗效显著。
