PDCA循环管理在脑出血PICC患者中的应用效果

Application effect of PDCA cycle management in PICC patients with intracerebral hemorrhage

目的分析脑出血经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管术(PICC)患者采用PDCA循环管理的临床效果。方法选择2018年8月-2021年9月收治的76例脑出血行PICC患者,采用奇偶分组法将患者分为参照组和研究组各38例。参照组行常规护理,研究组行PDCA循环管理。比较两组疼痛评分、住院时间、护理满意评分、一次穿刺成功率及一次置管成功率。结果研究组疼痛评分低于参照组,住院时间短于参照组,护理满意各项评分均高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组一次穿刺成功率为97.37%,高于参照组的81.58%;研究组一次置管成功率为94.74%,高于参照组的78.95%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑出血PICC患者中,实施PDCA循环管理模式,能提升患者预后效果,提高一次穿刺成功率、一次置管成功率、减轻患者疼痛感,缩短住院时间,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of PDCA cycle management in peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC)patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 76 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage who received PICC from August 2018 to September 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into reference group and study group by odd-even grouping method,with 38 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,the study group received PDCA cycle management.The pain score,hospital stay,nursing satisfation score,one time puncture success rate and success rate of primary catheterization were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,the hospital stay was shorter than that in the reference group,the scores of various nursing satisfation were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of one-time puncture in the study group was 97.37%,which was higher than 81.58%in the reference group;the success rate of one-time catheterization in the study group was 94.74%,which was higher than 78.95%in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing PDCA cycle management mode in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage PICC could improve the prognosis effect,increase the success rate of one-time puncture and catheterization,reduce the pain of patients,shorten hospital stay,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
