分泌型卷曲相关蛋白2在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 分泌型卷曲相关蛋白(SFRP)2是卷曲蛋白家族成员,广泛存在于细胞外基质中。SFRP2作为经典WNT通路的抑制剂及非经典WNT通路的激活剂,参与胚胎发育、骨形成、心肌重构、心肌纤维化和肿瘤等生理、病理过程。近年来有研究表明,SFRP2既可以作为肿瘤抑制因子,抑制实体瘤及非实体瘤细胞的增殖,也可以促进肿瘤血管生成,有利于肿瘤细胞的生长和转移,因此成为抗肿瘤血管生成的治疗靶点。目前,关于SFRP2在肿瘤中发挥促癌作用还是抑癌作用尚无定论。因此,本文对SFRP2在肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。
