HDI固化剂蒸馏残液制备水性聚氨酯

摘要 为解决六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)固化剂生产废弃物回收利用的问题,以HDI固化剂蒸馏残液、聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMEG)、亲水扩链剂二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、一元醇/多元醇、多元胺等原料合成水性聚氨酯树脂。研究了一元醇的种类、多元醇和多元胺的种类及官能度对预聚体黏度、乳液稳定性、漆膜耐水性及力学性能影响。研究发现,先采用庚醇将多官能度的HDI固化剂蒸馏残液部分NCO封端有利于制备低黏度预聚体,以壬二醇和三羟甲基丙烷作为前段扩链交联剂,三乙烯四胺作为后段交联剂制备的水性聚氨酯漆膜性能最好。 The aim of this study is to solve the reusing problem of waste from hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI)curing agent production.The waterborne polyurethane resin was synthesized with the distillate residue of HDI curing agent,monol,polytetrahydrofuran glycol(PTMEG),hydrophilic chain extender dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA),momols/polyols and polyamine.The effects of the momol type,type and functionality of polyols and polyamines on the viscosity of prepolymer,stability of emulsion,water resistance and mechanical properties of paint film were studied.The results showed that using heptanol to partially block the NCO group of the multifunctional distilled liquid of HDI curing agent was beneficial for preparing low viscosity prepolymers.The waterborne polyurethane film prepared with nonadiol combined with trimethylolpropane as front crosslinking agents,and triethylene tetramine as the back crosslinking agent had the best performance.
