PCOS患者Nesfatin-1、AMH及IGF-1与胰岛素抵抗的相关性分析

Correlationanalysis of Nesfatin-1,AMH and IGF-1 with Insulin Resistance in PCOS Patients

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清摄食抑制因子1(Nesfatin-1)、抗苗勒管激素(AMH)胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)与胰岛素抵抗的相关性分析。方法回顾性分析滁州市第一人民医院2018年2月到2023年2月收治的80例育龄期PCOS患者(观察组),另选取同期来院体检的80名健康育龄期女性作为对照组,对比两组患者Nesfatin-1、AMH、IGF-1表达水平、胰岛素抵抗相关指标水平,分析Nesfatin-1、AMH、IGF-1与胰岛素抵抗指标的相关性。结果观察组患者Nesfatin-1、AMH、IGF-1表达水平高于对照组(p<0.05),观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均高于对照组(p<0.05);Spearman相关法分析结果表明,Nesfatin-1、AMH、IGF-1与FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR呈正相关(p<0.05)。结论PCOS患者血清存在Nesfatin-1、AMH、IGF-1高表达,且与患者的胰岛素抵抗具有明显相关性,临床上可通过指标的联合检测结果对患者病情做出合理判断。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum feeding inhibitory factor 1(Nesfatin-1),anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)and insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)and insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Method A retrospective analysis was performed on 80 cases of PCOS patients of childbearing age admitted to Chuzhou First People's Hospital from February 2018 to February 2023(observation group).Another 80 healthy women of childbearing age who came to the hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression levels of Nesfatin-1,AMH,IGF-1 and insulin resistance related indicators were compared between the two groups.The correlation between Nesfatin-1,AMH,IGF-1 and insulin resistance index was analyzed.Result The expression levels of Nesfatin-1,AMH and IGF-1 in observation group were higher than those in control group(p<0.05),fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)in observation group were higher than those in control group(p<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that Nesfatin 1,AMH and IGF-1 were positively correlated with FG,FINS and HOMA-IR(p<0.05).Conclusion The serum of PCOS patients has high expression of Nesfatin-1,AMH and IGF-1,which is significantly correlated with the insulin resistance of patients.Therefore,reasonable judgment can be made on the condition of patients through the combined detection results of indicators.
