BiOI/ZnO/壳聚糖复合材料的制备及其在亚麻织物上的应用

摘要 为了制备多功能亚麻织物,以二水合乙酸锌为锌源,壳聚糖为基底,采用化学沉淀法制备氧化锌/壳聚糖(ZnO/CS)复合材料,而后通过溶剂热法制备碘氧化铋/氧化锌/壳聚糖(BiOI/ZnO/CS)复合材料;通过红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外可见分光光度计(UV-vis)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对BiOI/ZnO/CS复合材料的基团、晶型、光化学性质和形貌进行表征;最后将复合材料负载到亚麻织物上,通过SEM对整理前后亚麻织物表观形貌进行表征,并测试了亚麻织物的抑菌和抗紫外线性能。结果表明:20%BiOI/ZnO/CS对紫外光有最强的吸收能力,且成功负载到亚麻织物上,经整理后的亚麻织物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率均达到100%,紫外线防护系数(UPF值)达144.72,具有优异的抗菌和抗紫外线性能,对拓宽亚麻织物的应用领域具有重要意义。 In order to prepare multifunctional linen fabric,zinc oxide/chitosan composite materials were synthesized by chemical precipitation method with zinc acetate dihydrate as zinc source and chitosan as base.Bismuth oxyiodide/zinc oxide/chitosan(BiOI/ZnO/CS)composite materials was prepared via solvothermal method,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),UV visible spectrophotometer(UV-vis)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were used to characterize the groups,crystal structure,photochemical properties and morphology of BiOI/ZnO/CS.Finally,the composite was loaded onto the linen fabric,X-ray diffraction(XRD)was used to characterize the linen fabric before and after finishing.The bacteriostatic and UV resistant properties of linen fabrics were tested.The results show that the BiOI/ZnO/CS has strong absorption of ultraviolet light and has been successfully loaded on linen fabric.After finishing,the antibacterial rate against S.aureus and E.coli reached 100%and the ultraviolet protection factor(UPF)value was 144.72.It has excellent antibacterial and ultraviolet resistance properties,which is of great significance to widen the application field of linen fabric.
