体教融合背景下高校武术与民族传统体育专业课程优化研究

On the Optimization of Wushu and Traditional Ethnic Sports in Universities under the Integration of Sports and Education

为解决我国高校武术与民族传统体育专业学生培养过程中出现的一系列问题,文章运用文献资料法和专家访谈法,探究如何优化专业课程设置。新时代体教融合背景下高校武术与民族传统体育专业课程遵从新型教育理念,助力“健康中国”;注重专业能力,提升综合素养;科学规范训练,加强质量监测;促进学训双优,实现一专多能。研究发现,武术与民族传统体育专业课程目标有待提升、课程内容安排不完善、课程评价有待改进。提出要设置体教融合的课程目标、全面的课程内容、多元的评价方式、融通的师资队伍。

In order to solve a series of problems in the training process of Wushus and traditional ethnic sports students in Chinese universities,this study uses the literature data method and expert interview method.Under the perspective of the integration of sports education in the new era,Wushus and traditional ethnic sports courses in universities follow the new educational concepts and help healthy China;pay attention to professional ability and improve comprehensive quality;scientific and standardized training,strengthen quality monitoring;promote the double excellence of learning and training,and realize one specialization and multiple ability.The study shows that the curriculum objectives of the Wushus and the traditional national physical education major need to be improved,the curriculum content arrangement is unbalanced,and the curriculum evaluation needs to be improved,and proposes to set up physical education Integrated course objectives,comprehensive course content,diversified evaluation methods,and integrated teaching staff.
