提高工业循环水氯离子检测准确度

Improving the accuracy of chloride ion detection in industrial circulating water

摘要 参考电位自动滴定GB/T 34322-2017《锅炉用水和冷却水水质自动连续测定电位滴定法》方法检测工业循环水中氯离子的含量,通过对预加体积、加液速度、信号漂移三个实验的研究确定了最佳参数,并通过准确度和精密度的实验验证该方法稳定可控,同时与莫尔法进行实验比对,2T实验证实该方法可行,工业循环水中氯离子检测的准确度得到了显著提高。 This article refers to the method of automatic potentiometric titration"GB/T 34322-2017 Automatic and Continuous Determination of Water Quality for Boiler and Cooling Water-Potentiometric Titration Method"to detect the content of chloride ions in industrial circulating water.The optimal parameters were determined through the study of three experiments:pre added volume,liquid addition speed,and signal drift.The accuracy and precision of this method were verified through experiments,and compared with the Mohr method.The 2T experiment confirmed that this method is feasible,and the accuracy of chloride ion detection in industrial circulating water has been significantly improved.
