摘要
2019年,国务院批复设立中国(山东)自由贸易试验区济南片区,经过近5年努力,自贸试验区济南片区内注册外贸企业已达4420家,2023年济南片区企业进出口值781亿元,同比增长4.4%。泉城海关、自贸试验区济南片区管委会开展“全覆盖”政策宣讲,充分释放自贸试验区制度创新优势,强化信用宣传,通过入企宣贯、举办信用宣讲会、推广智慧培育系统等系列活动,向济南片区进出口值前300名的企业进行政策宣讲,选定济南片区的10家优质企业优先开展精准培育,通过“精准画像”等方式综合分析,有针对性进行企业信用辅导和政策帮扶,助力企业通过高级认证享受优惠便利措施,激发企业认证积极性;实施“点对点”精准培育,动态调整认证培育名单,将“专精特新”“独角兽”“瞪羚”等企业及时纳入,设立网络答疑“专员”,建立济南片区企业交流群、优质企业群,定期向企业推送海关信用管理政策,解决企业进出口环节问题50余个。
Jinan Customs District and Jinan Area of China(Shandong)Pilot Free Trade Zone have jointly launched"full-coverage"publicity for policies,released the advantages of institutional innovation in the pilot free trade zone,strengthened credit publicity.With effective measures,government departments help enterprises in Jinan to obtain tne customs advanced enterprise certificate,accelerate the expansion of overseas markets,facilitate the high-quality development of foreign trade enterprises,and promote a high level of opening-up to the outside world.
