He'nan cuisine is not only an important representative of Central Plains culinary culture,but also an important carrier for the inheritance and development of He'nan culinary skills.In recent years,with the increase of national support for the cultural industry,the implementation of the“the Belt and Road”initiative,and the growing international influence of He'nan cuisine,the inheritance and development of He'nan cuisine's cooking skills are facing new opportunities and challenges.Therefore,this article analyzes the challenges faced in the inheritance and protection of He'nan cuisine cooking techniques,and proposes some suggestions based on actual situations for reference.
