浅析药食同源大品种茯苓中多糖与三萜研究进展

摘要 茯苓是世界上分布很广的药用真菌之一,多寄生在松树等针叶树根中。其生长周期长、生物活性成分丰富、生物学特性特殊,常被用来做多种保健食品及药膳。因此,本文分析了茯苓多糖及三萜研究进展,指出了茯苓多糖与三萜的研究热点及其面临的挑战,以期为相关研究工作提供参考。 Poria cocos is one of the widely distributed medicinal fungi in the world,often parasitizing in the roots of coniferous trees such as pine trees.It has a long growth cycle,rich bioactive ingredients and special biological characteristics,and is often used as a variety of health food and tonic diet.Therefore,this article analyzes the research progress of Poria cocos polysaccharides and triterpenes,points out the research hotspots and challenges faced by Poria cocos polysaccharides and triterpenes,in order to provide reference for related research work.
