浅析食品中农药残留前处理及检测技术研究进展

摘要 随着现代社会的发展与进步,我国农业产业化得到快速发展,农药也被大量用于农产品生产作业中,致使部分食品出现农药残留超标现象,食品安全问题日益严峻。为了实现对食品中农药残留的有效检测,前处理技术和检测技术的应用尤为重要。因此,本文分析了当前国内外普遍使用的农药残留检测技术与前处理技术,并对光谱法作出实验分析,旨在为食品中农药残留检测技术的深入研究和应用提供参考。 With the development and progress of modern society,the industrialization of agriculture in China has developed rapidly,and pesticides are also widely used in agricultural production operations,resulting in pesticide residues exceeding standards in some foods and increasingly serious food safety issues.In order to achieve effective detection of pesticide residues in food,the application of pre-treatment and detection technologies is particularly important.Therefore,this article analyzes the commonly used pesticide residue detection and pre-treatment technologies both domestically and internationally,and conducts experimental analysis on spectroscopy,aiming to provide reference for the in-depth research and application of pesticide residue detection technology in food.
