摘要
本研究采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法,对牛肉中的3种β-受体激动剂沙丁胺醇、莱克多巴胺、克伦特罗进行检测,重点开展酶解提取与净化优化实验。结果显示,该方法具备良好的线性关系与较高的加标回收率,可检测牛肉中的“瘦肉精”药剂残留,能够为相关人员开展肉制品中β-受体激动剂的检测提供参考。
This study used high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry to analyze three types of compounds in beefβ-agonist residues salbutamol,ractopamine,and clenbuterol were detected,with a focus on enzymatic extraction and purification optimization experiments.The results showed that this method has a good linear relationship and a high spiked recovery rate.It can detect the residue of“clenbuterol”in beef and can provide reference for relevant people in the detection ofβ-agonist residue in meats.
