摘要
研究并提出了HXD2型电力机车在钩缓装置、机车悬挂装置及两者之间参数匹配性等方面的重载适应性提升方案,并通过数值仿真、压钩试验、双机牵引万吨列车试验验证了该方案的有效性和机车的重载适应性。研究表明:102型钩缓装置具有更好的重载适应性,该技术提升方案能够使机车运行安全性和压钩稳定性显著提高。
This paper studies and puts forward a technical improvement solution for improving the heavy load adaptability of HXD2 locomotives in coupler and buffer systems,suspension devices,the parameter matching between them etc.,and verifies its effectiveness and locomotive heavy haul adaptability through numerical simulation,press-coupler tests,and the train tests of double-locomotive which tows 10,000 tons.The research shows that the 102-Type coupler and buffer system has better heavy-duty adaptability,this technology improvement solution can significantly improve the operation safety of locomotives and the press-coupler stability.
