摘要
城市群是区域一体化空间组织中的一种特殊模式,近年来,在区域一体化发展大势下,人员、物资的流动和交换愈发频繁,要求城市群内交通基础设施和服务水平实现更高质量的供需平衡。本文以扬子江城市群为例,在解析城市群发展与交通系统互动关系、不同层级城际交通出行特征的基础上,提出了扬子江城市群交通枢纽协同一体化、网络设施一体化、运输服务一体化、行业治理一体化、体制机制的一体化等五个方面发展策略,以期为其他城市群交通发展提供借鉴。
Urban agglomeration is a special spatial organization pattern of regional integration.In recent years,the development trend of regional integration is obvious in advance,and the flow of personnel and materials is more frequent,which puts forward higher requirements for the supply capacity and service level of transportation facilities in urban agglomeration.This paper takes the Yangtze River urban agglomeration as an example,analyzes the interaction between urban agglomeration development and traffic system,and the characteristics of inter-city traffic travel at different levels,proposed five development strategies for the integration of transportation hubs,network facilities,transportation services,industry governance,and institutional mechanisms in the Yangtze River City cluster.With a view to providing reference for the transportation development of other urban agglomerations.
