全域同城要求下佛山市轨道交通建设规划探索

Foshan City Rail Transit Construction Planning under the Requirements of Guangzhou-Foshan Territorial Co-City

2008年以来党中央、国务院和广东省分别从国家战略和区域发展层面对佛山提出了一系列发展要求和战略部署,“广佛全域同城”、“广佛轨道交通网络融合”成为佛山城市空间和轨道交通发展的重要方向与行动纲领。基于特殊的历史机遇和广佛全域同城背景要求,以佛山市城市轨道交通第二期建设规划研究为例,对跨地级城市的轨道交通建设规划研究的技术特点、相关有益经验进行了探索总结和展望,希望能够为广佛两市后续跨城轨道交通建设提供指导,为国内其它跨地级市轨道交通规划建设提供借鉴和参考。

Since 2008,the Party Central Committee,the State Council and Guangdong Province have put forward a series of development requirements and strategic deployment for Foshan from the level of national strategy and regional development respectively,and"Guangzhou-Foshan whole city"and"Guangzhou-Foshan rail transit network integration"have become important directions and action programs for Foshan's urban space and the important direction and action program for the development of urban space and rail transportation in Foshan.Based on the special historical opportunity and the requirements of the whole city of Guangzhou-Foshan,the second phase of urban rail transit construction planning study of Foshan city is taken as an example to explore and summarize the technical characteristics and useful experiences of the cross-territory city rail transit construction planning study,hoping to provide guidance for the subsequent cross-city rail transit construction of Guangzhou-Foshan and provide reference for the rail transit planning and construction of other cross-territory cities in China.It is hoped that it can provide guidance for the subsequent cross-city rail transit construction in Guangzhou and Florida,and provide reference for other cross-prefecture-level cities in China.
