非繁殖期笼养绿尾虹雉血液生理生化指标比较分析及参考范围建立

Establishment of Reference Range and Comparative Analysis of Blood Physiological and Biochemical Parameters of Captive Chinese Monals during the Non-Breeding Period

摘要 【目的】通过比较非繁殖期不同性别和年龄阶段笼养绿尾虹雉血液生理生化指标,并构建参考范围,以期为绿尾虹雉健康状况评估、疾病诊治提供科学依据。【方法】采集15只非繁殖期健康成年绿尾虹雉的血液,采用兽用全自动血细胞分析仪和兽用生化分析仪,检测其12项血液生理指标和13项血液生化指标。同时,使用非配对t检验对不同性别和不同年龄段组个体进行比较分析,依照正态分布区间建立相应指标参考范围。最后,将参考范围分别与相近雉类以及1只体况较差绿尾虹雉的对应指标进行对比验证。【结果】在非繁殖期绿尾虹雉中,α-羟丁酸脱氢酶存在性别差异(P<0.05),红细胞数目、红细胞压积、血镁和γ-谷氨酰转移酶存在年龄差异(P<0.05),其余指标均不具有显著的性别或年龄差异(P>0.05);绝大多数绿尾虹雉血液生理生化指标参考范围与近缘雉类高度相似;25项指标的参考范围中,体况较差个体共有14项指标出现偏差。【结论】建立的非繁殖期笼养绿尾虹雉血液生理生化指标参考范围具有一定的可靠性,可为非繁殖期笼养绿尾虹雉健康状况评估、疾病诊治提供依据。 【Objective】To provide a scientific basis for health evaluation,disease diagnosis and treatment,the aim of this study was to establish a reference range of blood physiological and biochemical parameters of captive Chinese monals(Lophophorus lhuysii)from different genders and ages during the non-breeding period.【Method】The blood samples were collected from 15 healthy adult Chinese monals,12 blood physiological parameters and 13 blood biochemical parameters were examined by the veterinary automatic blood cell analyzer and the veterinary biochemical analyzer.Simultaneously,the individuals of different gender and ages groups were compared and analyzed by non-paired t-test,and then the reference range was established according to the normal distribution interval.At last,the corresponding parameters of related pheasants and an individual with weak physical condition were compared for the reference range validation.【Result】There was a significant difference inα-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(P<0.05)between males and females,while red blood cell count,hematocrit,serum magnesium andγ-glutamyl transferase were significantly different between young and old(P<0.05).No significant difference was observed in other parameters(P>0.05)in captive Chinese monals during the non breeding period.Besides,a majority of the reference parameters showed high similarity between the Chinese monal and the related pheasant species.Among the 25 parameters,14 were found to deviate from the reference range in a Chinese monal with weak physical condition.【Conclusion】Taken together,the results showed that the reference range of blood physiological and biochemical parameters of captive Chinese monals during the non-breeding period was reliable,which could be used as the basis for health evaluation,disease diagnosis and treatment.
