人参炮制和提取工艺研究进展

Research Progress in Processing and Extraction Technology of Ginseng

人参是中国有名的中药材,并且在过去的数十年在西方国家迅速盛行,大量的文献中记载了人参的化学成分和生物活性成分。人参经炮制后,杂质清除,易于保存且能改变药物性能。人参皂苷是人参中十分重要的有效成分,现有多种方法用来提取人参皂苷。本文综述了人参的化学成分、炮制方法、人参皂苷提取方法的研究进展,以期对人参的开发与其有效物质的利用提供参考。

Ginseng is a famous herbal medicine in China,and it has become popular in Western countries in the last decades.A large number of literatures have documented the chemical composition and bioactive ingredients of ginseng.After processing,the impurities could be removed from ginseng,which is advantageous to the preservation of ginseng.Besides,processing can change the medicinal properties of ginseng.Ginsenosides is an important effective component in ginseng,and there are many methods to extract ginsenosides.In this paper,the chemical composition and processing methods of ginseng,and the extraction methods of ginsenosides are reviewed,so as to provide reference for the development and utilization of the effective substances of ginseng.
