摘要
目的:探讨未服药早发精神分裂症青少年丘脑-皮质环路的静息状态下功能连接异常。方法:对61例未服药早发精神分裂症青少年及55例匹配的健康对照进行静息状态下的脑功能扫描。选择16个丘脑分区为种子点,比较两组丘脑到全脑的功能连接的差异。结果:与健康对照相比,未服药早发精神分裂症青少年丘脑与双侧中央前回、双侧中央后回、双侧颞中回等感觉运动区连接显著上升;与双侧纹状体、左侧杏仁核、左侧前扣带回、右侧眶额部皮质以及左侧小脑连接显著下降。结论:感觉运动区-丘脑的连接上升,可能是精神分裂症的核心表现之一;青少年患者中显著下降的杏仁核/扣带回-丘脑连接则与其特有的临床表现密切相关。
Objective:To investigate abnormal thalamocortical functional connectivity in drug-naive adolescents with early-onset schizophrenia.Methods:Sixty-one patients and fifty-five matched healthy controls underwent resting-state fMRI scanning and accepted the PANSS assessment.And seed-based functional connectivity analysis was adopted using 16 thalamic subregion atlases as ROIs.Results:There were thalamic hyperconnectivity with a broad area of sensorimotor regions and thalamic hypoconnectivity with striatum,amygdala anterior cingulate cortex,and orbitofrontal cortex in patients.Conclusion:The present study suggest that marked thalamic hyperconnectivity with sensorimotor areas is critical for the expression of schizophrenia phenotype irrespective of the onset age,and thalamic dysconnectivity also affected the extended limbic structures,which is possibly related to the untreated socio-emotional deficits.
