摘要
钠离子电池正极材料作为钠离子电池关键材料,对电化学储能具有重要的研究价值。本文首先分析钠离子电池正极材料的全球专利的申请趋势和技术主题,然后重点对过渡金属氧化物、聚阴离子类化合物两大技术分支的专利信息进行梳理和分析,从专利侵权的角度对钠离子电池正极材料专利申请中存在的问题进行预警分析,并从规避知识产权风险、提高自主知识产权的运用和保护等方面给出总结与建议。
As a key material of sodium ion battery,cathode material of sodium ion battery has important research value for electrochemical energy storage.This paper first analyzes the application tendency and technical themes of global patents of cathode material for sodium ion battery,and then focuses on the analysis of the patent information of the two major technical branches of transition metal oxides and polyanionic compounds,and provides pre-warning analysis of the problems existing in the patent application of cathode materials from the perspective of patent infringement.And conclusions and suggestions are given in order to avoid the risk of intellectual property and improve the application and protection of independent intellectual property.
