玻璃酒瓶析钠原因分析及解决方案实践

摘要 玻璃酒瓶析钠是玻璃行业长期面临的难题之一。分析了酒瓶析钠现象的表观特征,并采用原子发射光谱仪(ICP)分析析出物的元素组成,研究组分对玻璃瓶耐水性能的影响。通过定点存储实验,发现不同点位取瓶、打包、装托时玻璃瓶的温度、环境的温度和湿度、存储时间等条件均对玻璃瓶析钠程度有影响。对玻璃存储条件提出了优化方案,找出了车间适合存储玻璃瓶的位置与条件,并要求控制库房的存储湿度,使玻璃酒瓶的正常存储周期达到1个月以上,基本解决了本公司的玻璃酒瓶析钠问题。研究结果可为玻璃酒瓶生产企业克服玻瓶析钠难题、延长产品正常存储周期提供参考。 Sodium precipitation in glass wine bottles is one of the persistent problems faced by the glass wine bottle industry for a long time.By summarising the apparent characteristics of the sodium precipitation phenomenon in wine bottles and analysing the elemental composition of the precipitates by atomic emission spectrometer analysis,the influence of the components on the water resistance of glass bottles was investigated.The fixed-point storage experiments show that the temperature of the glass bottles at different points during the removal of the bottles,the packing and loading of the pallets,the temperature and humidity of the environment and the storage time all have an influence on the degree of sodium precipitation of the glass bottles,and an optimisation plan for the glass storage conditions is proposed,and the location and conditions of the workshop suitable for the storage of the glass bottles,as well as the humidity limit of the storage in the warehouse are found out,so that the normal storage cycle of the bottles reaches more than one month,and the problem of sodium precipitation of glass bottles in the company is basically solved.The normal storage cycle of glass bottles is more than one month,which basically solves the problem of sodium precipitation of glass bottles in our company.The research results provide an important reference to overcome the problem of sodium precipitation in glass bottles and prolong the normal storage period of their products.
