新型拦污网在北京市通惠河应急处置中的应用

Application of A New Type of Sewage Blocking Network in Emergency Response of Tonghui River in Beijing

水清岸绿生态环境理念对首都水环境治理工作提出高要求,如何高效解决水环境问题是当前水务工作的重点任务。北京通惠河上承首都功能核心区,下联北京行政副中心,是东排最主要行洪河道。尤其在降雨过程中,排污导致水体中氮磷含量过高,在受坝体过流产生水位差作用下,沿线大北窑橡胶坝及高碑店闸下游极易出现白色泡沫聚集现象。为高效处理水环境突发的白色泡沫问题,自主研发制作适于城市河道应用的新型拦污网。创新成果具有处理河道白沫高效、材料成本低、环保可靠、组装方便、可循环使用的优势,在改善恢复水环境中起到良好效果。

Under the concept of clean water and green ecological environment on the banks,the high requirements for water environment management in the capital city have been put forward.How to efficiently solve water environment problems is a key task of current water work.The Tonghui River in Beijing connects with the core functional area of the capital and the administrative center of Beijing.It is the main flood discharge channel in the east bank.Especially in the process of rainfall,the nitrogen and phosphorus content in the water body is too high due to sewage discharge.Under the effect of the water level difference caused by the overflow of the dam body,white foam is very easy to gather at the downstream of Dabeiyao Rubber Dam and Gaobeidian Gate along the line.In order to effectively deal with the sudden white foam problem in the water environment,we independently developed and produced a new type of trash screen suitable for urban river applications.The innovative achievements have the advantages of efficient treatment of river foam,low material cost,environmental reliability,convenient assembly,and recyclability,which have played a good role in the maintenance and application of actual water environment.
