基于BIM的水利工程概算编制研究

摘要 针对传统水利工程概算编制工作中存在的信息共享难、协同性不足、算量繁琐以及计量计价分离等问题,提出BIM概算编制流程,以Visual Studio为开发环境,基于.NET框架对Revit进行二次开发,构建了基于BIM的水利工程概算编制系统。通过可视化、交互式的工程概算编制过程,将工程概算成果存储于三维模型,实现了模型与费用的一一对应。研究成果能够减少传统水利工程概算编制工作中经常出现的缺项、错项、重复计量等问题,与设计成果结合形成工程数字资产,可有效提高工程管理效能。 Aiming at the problems of difficult information sharing,insufficient coordination,cumbersome calculation,and separation between quantity and price in the traditional water conservancy project budget preparation work,a BIM budget estimation workflow is proposed.Taking Visual Studio as the development environment,Revit is redeveloped based on the.NET framework,and a BIM-based water conservancy project budget preparation system is constructed.The system realizes a visual and interactive engineering budget preparation process,stores the engineering budget results in a three-dimensional model,and realizes the one-to-one correspondence between the model and the cost.The problems of missing items,wrong items and repeated measurement that often occur in the budget estimation of traditional water conservancy projects can effectively reduced using the BIM-based water conservancy project budget preparation system.By combining the results of engineering estimates with design results to form engineering digital assets,the effectiveness of engineering management can be effectively improved.
