课程思政视角下高职护生职业生涯规划课程建设探究——以北京卫生职业学院为例

摘要 目的加强高职院校职业生涯规划课程思政建设,充分发挥职业生涯规划课程立德树人的作用。方法选取高职护理专业新生241人,对其课程思政认知情况和需求进行调查。结果86.31%的护生有明确职业生涯目标和规划方法的需求,84.03%的护生认为课程思政有助于树立职业理想、夯实职业信念,79.41%的护生希望将优秀医务工作者的榜样事迹引入课程思政,85.71%的护生认为社会实践(走访基层、志愿服务等)的教学形式有助于增强学习体验感。结论应结合学生需要,从融入思政元素、创新“互联网+”教学形式、加强服务社会的基层实践和完善过程性动态评价4方面进行职业生涯规划课程建设。 Objective To strengthen the Ideological&Political Education construction of career planning courses in higher vocational colleges,and fully leverage the role of career planning courses in cultivating morality and nurturing personnel.Methods 241 freshmen majoring in nursing in higher vocational colleges were selected to investigate their awareness and needs of Ideological&Political Education.Results 86.31%of nursing students have a need for clear career goals and planning methods,84.03%of nursing students believe that Ideological&Political Education can help establish career ideals and strengthen professional beliefs,79.41%of nursing students hope to introduce the Exemplary deeds of excellent medical workers into Ideological&Political Education,and 85.71%of nursing students believe that the teaching form of social practice(visiting grassroots,volunteer service,etc.)helps to enh-ance the learning experience.Conclusion According to the needs of students,the course construction of career planning should be carried out from four aspects:integrating Ideological&Political elements,innovating the teaching form of"Internet+",strengthening the grass-roots practice of serving the society,and improving the process dynamic evaluation.
