可视化超声技术模拟训练在麻醉学专业本科教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨可视化超声技术模拟训练在麻醉学专业本科教学中的应用效果,提高麻醉学专业本科教学质量。方法将麻醉学专业本科实习生100人随机分为两组(n=50),A组实施多媒体教学,B组实施多媒体教学结合可视化超声技术模拟训练。对两组进行理论考试及模拟技能考核,并以问卷形式调查两组学生对各自教学方法的评价,综合评估两组教学效果。结果B组中心静脉穿刺,上、下肢神经阻滞,胸腹部神经阻滞模块成绩均优于A组(P<0.05)。B组女生桡动脉穿刺模块成绩优于男生,男生上、下肢神经阻滞及胸腹部神经阻滞模块成绩优于女生(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,B组对本组教学方法的评价均优于A组(P<0.05)。结论可视化超声技术模拟训练可以提高麻醉学专业本科实习生的临床操作能力,教学效果良好,值得应用和推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of visual ultrasound technology simulation training in undergraduate teaching of anesthesiology,and to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching in anesthesiology.Methods 100 undergraduate interns majoring in anesthesiology were randomly divided into two groups(n=50).Group A received multimedia teaching,while Group B receiv-ed multimedia teaching combined with visual ultrasound technology simulation training.Conduct theoretical exams and simulated skill assessments on two groups,and conduct a questionnaire survey on the evaluation of their respective teaching methods to comprehensively evaluate the teaching effectiveness of both groups.Results The results of central venous puncture,upper and lower limb nerve block,and thoracic and abdominal nerve block in Group B were all better than those in Group A(P<0.05).The performance of the radial artery puncture module in group B girls was better than that in boys,while the performance of upper and lower limb nerve block and thoracic and abdominal nerve block modules in boys was better than that in girls(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey results sho-wed that Group B had better evaluations of their teaching methods than Group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Visual ultrasound technology simulation training can improve the clinical operation ability of undergraduate interns majoring in anesthesiology,and the teaching effect is good,which is worth applying and promoting.
