三环联动课程思政对基础护理学实训教学效果的影响

摘要 目的探讨三环联动课程思政对基础护理学实训教学效果的影响。方法选择2021级三年制大专护理专业两个班学生为研究对象,用抽签法随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组进行课前、课内、课后三环联动课程思政,对照组进行常规实训教学,从学习成绩、关爱能力、学习体验及学习满意度等方面比较两组教学效果。结果观察组学习成绩、关爱能力、学习体验及学习满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论三环联动课程思政优化了基础护理学实训教学,提高了学生的操作成绩及综合能力,达到了令人满意的教学效果。 Objective To explore the impact of the three elements interaction of Ideological&Political Education on the impact of practical training teaching of basic nursing.Methods Students majoring in nursing from two classes of Grade 2021 in a three-year college were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with lottery method.The observation group received three elements interaction of Ideological&Political Education before,during,and after class,while the control group received routine practical training.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared in terms of academic performance,caring ability,learning experience,and learning satisfaction.Results The observation group had better academic performance,caring ability,learning experience,and learning satisfaction than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).Conclusion The three elements interaction of Ideological&Political Education has optimized the practical training teaching of basic nursing,improved students′operational performance and comprehensive ability,and achieved satisfactory teaching results.
