毕业实习劳动教育培养学生职业素养的实践与效果分析——以医学检验技术专业为例

Practice and Effect Analysis of Graduation Internship Labor Education in Cultivating Students′Professional Literacy:Taking Medical Laboratory Technology as an Example

目的结合地方院校应用型人才培养定位,合理设计并实施融合新时代检验职业素养的医学检验技术专业毕业实习劳动教育,培养高素质检验医学人才。方法以2021年6月至2023年5月的实习生为观察组,制订并实施融合新时代检验职业素养的医学检验专业毕业实习劳动教育方案,定期进行毕业实习劳动教育评价和职业素养监测。以2019年6月至2021年5月的实习生为对照组,采用传统实习方案进行毕业实习。结果观察组对劳动教育活动的满意度高,出组专业操作技能考核与理论考试成绩、读研率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论医学检验技术专业毕业实习阶段开展融合新时代职业素养的劳动教育有助于学生成长和发展。

Objective Based on the positioning of application-oriented personnel cultivation in local colleges,design and implement a reasonable graduation internship labor education for medical laboratory technology majors that integrates the new era of laboratory professional literacy,and cultivate high-quality laboratory medical personnel.Methods Interns from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the observation group to develop and implement a medical laboratory graduation internship labor education plan that integrates the new era of laboratory professional literacy.Regular evaluations of graduation internship labor education and monitoring of professional literacy were conducted.Using interns from June 2019 to May 2021 as the control group,traditional internship programs were used for graduation internships.Results The observation group showed high satisfaction with labor education activities,with higher scores in professional operational skills assessment and theoretical exams,as well as higher rates of pursuing postgraduate studies compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences.Conclusion Carrying out labor education that integrates new era professional qualities during the graduation internship stage of medical laboratory technology majors is helpful for students′growth and development.
