摘要
目的探讨职业倦怠在门诊护士组织支持感与工作投入间的中介效应,为提升门诊护士工作投入度提供参考。方法采用组织支持感量表、职业倦怠量表、工作投入量表对门诊护士进行调查,构建并验证中介效应模型。结果门诊护士组织支持感与工作投入呈正相关关系、与职业倦怠呈负相关关系,职业倦怠与工作投入呈负相关关系;职业倦怠在门诊护士组织支持感和工作投入间的中介效应显著,效应值为0.184。结论门诊护士工作投入度处于中等水平,职业倦怠在门诊护士组织支持感和工作投入间的中介作用成立,因此增强门诊护士的组织支持感可缓解职业倦怠感,提升其工作投入度。
Objective To explore the mediating effect of occupational burnout on the relationship between outpatient nurses′organizational support and work engagement,and to provide reference for improving their work engagement.Methods A survey was conducted on outpatient nurses with the Organizational Support Scale,Occupational Burnout Scale,and Work Engagement Scale,as well as mediation effect model was constructed and validated.Results The outpatient nurses′organizational support is positively correlated with work engagement,negatively correlated with occupational burnout,and negatively correlated with work engagement.The mediating effect of occupational burnout on the organizational support and outpatient nurses′work engagement is significant,with a effect value of 0.184.Conclusion The outpatient nurses′work engagement is at a moderate level,and the mediating role of occupational burnout in the relationship between organizational support and outpatient nurses′work engagement is established.Therefore,enhancing the organizational support of outpatient nurses can alleviate occupational burnout and improve their work engagement.
