燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组节能降耗措施分析

摘要 相较于燃煤机组,以天然气为燃料的燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组在节能、环保方面具有诸多优势。然而,在实际运行过程中,机组的设备、运行和检修等各方面仍蕴含着较大的节能降耗潜力,亟待挖掘。因此,在国家“双碳”目标的引领下,以上海某热电有限公司现有的2套9F燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组为例,从设备技术改造、运行方式优化和检修管理优化三方面出发,探讨了该类发电厂节能降耗的主要措施,以期为其他同类电厂提供参考。 Compared to coal-fired units,gas steam combined cycle power generation units using natu-ral gas as fuel have many advantages in energy saving and environmental protection.However,in ac-tual operation,the equipment,operation,and maintenance of the unit stll contain significant potential for energy saving and consumption reduction,which urgently needs to be explored.Therefore,under the guidance of the national"Double Carbon"goal,taking two sets of 9F gas-steam combined cycle power generation units of a certain thermal power company in Shanghai as an example,this paper ex-plores the main measures for energy saving and consumption reduction of such power plants from three aspects:equipment technical renovation,operation mode optimization,and maintenance man-agement optimization,in order to provide reference for other similar power plants.
