应用通督活血汤治疗退变性腰椎侧凸术后残余痛的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of Tongdu Huoxue Decoction on degenerative lumbar scoliosis

目的观察给予通督活血汤治疗退变性腰椎侧凸术后残余痛的近期临床疗效。方法将36例退变性腰椎侧凸术后患者随机分为两组,对照组18例给予术后常规治疗,观察组18例在对照组基础上给予通督活血汤干预治疗。观察两组治疗前后VAS评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry dysfunction score,ODI)及日本矫形协会(Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA)下腰痛疗效评分。结果治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分、ODI指数均低于治疗前,JOA评分高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者VAS评分和ODI指数低于对照组,JOA评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通督活血汤应用于退变性腰椎侧凸术后患者,能有效减轻术后疼痛,提高生活质量,加快其腰椎功能的恢复。

Objective To observe the short-term clinical effect of Tongdu Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of degenerative lumbar scoliosis.Methods Thirty-six cases of degenerative lumbar scoliosis patients were randomly divided into two groups;18 cases in the control group were given routine treatment after surgery,and 18 cases in the treatment group were given Tongdu Huoxue Decoction intervention treatment on the basis of the control group.The VAS score,Oswestry dysfunction score(ODI)and the efficacy score of Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)were observed before and after treatment.Results VAS score and ODI score of the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the JOA score was higher than that before the treatment,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score and ODI score of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the JOA score was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongdu Huoxue Decoction applied in the treatment of degenerative lumbar scoliosis can effectively relieve postoperative pain,improve the quality of life of patients,and accelerate the recovery of lumbar function.
