摘要
外围采油A厂站外系统主要采取单井环状掺水集油工艺,主要输送油气水混合液,以集油环为研究对象,参考集油阀组间实际生产数据,系统模拟研究不同管道长度、管径、输液量的关系和界限,基于PIPEPHASE软件,建立集油环管道集输模型,分析不同运行参数下的工作特性,计算出管道的最大输送能力,为生产前线和设计规划提供技术数据支持。
The external system of peripheral oil production plant A mainly adopts a single well annular water mixing oil gathering process,mainly transporting oil,gas,and water mixed liquids.This article takes the oil gathering ring as the research object,refers to the actual production data between the oil gathering valve groups,and systematically simulates the relationship and boundaries of different pipeline lengths,diameters,and infusion volumes.Based on PIPEPHASE software,an oil gathering ring pipeline gathering and transportation model is established,and the working characteristics under different operating parameters are analyzed,Calculate the maximum conveying capacity of the pipeline to provide technical data support for production frontline and design planning.
