海上无人井口平台创新技术的研究和应用

摘要 无人平台是海上无人驻守的油气生产平台,不需要设置办公楼、生活楼等大型设备,因此采用无人平台可以节约大量建造和维护成本,是新兴的经济型开发模式。由于无人化对平台的智能化、设备的稳定性等提出了极高的要求,因此必须依托平台现有设备,通过技术创新,来实现井口平台的无人化改造,使平台生产管理更加信息化和数字化^([1]),有利于生产工艺系统稳定运行,提高生产时效,降低生产成本,实现生产力转型升级。 Unmanned platforms are offshore unmanned oil and gas production platforms that do not require the installation of large equipment such as office buildings and living buildings.Therefore,adopting unmanned platforms can save a lot of construction and maintenance costs and is an emerging economic development model.Due to the high requirements for intelligence and equipment stability of unmanned platforms,it is necessary to rely on the existing equipment of the platform and achieve unmanned transformation of the wellhead platform through technological innovation,making platform production management more information and digital~([1]),which is conducive to the stable operation of production process systems,improving production efficiency,reducing production costs,and achieving productivity transformation and upgrading.
