摘要
开发一种聚氨酯胶水生产装置控制系统,采用先进的化工生产和控制技术,对流体输送、搅拌速度、泵阀开关、温度和pH调节以及时间控制等关键环节进行全面的技术升级,利用自动化、智能化的生产方式,减少人为误差,进一步降低使用能耗,优化生产指标,更好地满足市场需求,向整车间、整厂集中控制的方向发展。结果表明,基于物联网技术的聚氨酯胶水生产装置控制系统在生产效率、能耗降低和产品质量提升方面均取得了显著成果。能够进一步推动企业的数字化转型和智能化升级。
This article aims to develop a control system for polyurethane adhesive production equipment,which adopts advanced chemical production and control technology to comprehensively upgrade key links such as fluid conveying,stirring speed,pump valve switch,temperature and pH adjustment,and time control.By utilizing automated and intelligent production methods,human errors are reduced,energy consumption is further reduced,production indicators are optimized,and market demand is better met,developing towards centralized control of the entire workshop and factory.The results show that the control system of polyurethane adhesive production equipment based on Internet of Things technology has achieved significant results in production efficiency,energy consumption reduction,and product quality improvement.It can further promote the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of enterprises.
