科研诚信是科学研究的基本要求,科研诚信管理应当贯穿科研活动的全过程。从事科研活动的各类主体应重视科研诚信,自觉强化责任意识。文章通过剖析科研诚信缺失现状,分析影响科研诚信建设的主要因素,从加强科研道德宣传、强化科研诚信全流程管理、构建科研诚信评价体系、制定科研失信惩戒机制、提高科研失信成本等方面提出对策建议,以更好营造良好的科研氛围,进一步促进科技创新事业健康发展。

Scientific integrity is the basic requirement of scientific research,scientific research integrity management should run through the whole process of scientific research activities.All kinds of subjects engaged in scientific research activities should attach importance to the integrity of scientific research and consciously strengthen the sense of responsibility.By analyzing the current situation of the lack of scientific research integrity,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the construction of scientific research integrity,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of strengthening the publicity of scientific research ethics,strengthening the management of the whole process of scientific research integrity,constructing the evaluation system of scientific research integrity,formulating the punishment mechanism for scientific research dishonesty,and improving the cost of scientific research dishonesty,in order to better create a good atmosphere for scientific research and further promote the healthy development of scientific and technological innovation.
