基于就医意愿的“互联网+医疗”机制研究

Research of “Internet+Medical” mechanism based on medical preference

随着医疗技术的进步和通信手段的革新,“互联网+医疗”成为一种新型医疗健康服务体系,面临着很多问题。文章设计了调查问卷,统计了各地病人的就医需求、就医意愿、互联网医疗普及情况、传统医疗和互联网医疗的对比情况;分析了“互联网+医疗”存在的一些问题,如流程不便、推广不足、沟通和检查不便等;给“互联网+医疗”提出了一些建议,包括平衡线上线下,推广使用方式,增强交互功能,优化就诊流程,优化药品配送,引入大数据自动化处理等;对未来的“互联网+医疗”进行了展望。

With the development of medical technology and revolution of communication method,“Internet+Medical” has become a new kind of service system for medical and health,and is still faced with many problems.We designed a questionnaire and collected some data,such as the demand and preference of patients from different locations,the popularization of “Internet+Medical”,and the difference between traditional medial and “Internet+Medical”.Then it analyzed the medical problems such as inconvenience of medical process,insufficient popularization and inconvenience of communication.It also gave some advice for “Internet+Medical”,such as balancing the online and offline medical,popularizing “Internet+Medical”,improving the process of medical and distribution of medicine,and introducing Big Data medical.At the end of this research,we looked ahead the future of “Internet+Medical”.
