基于全寿命周期的计量资产成本管理分析

摘要 全寿命周期管理理念正在被全球知名电力企业纷纷引入到计量资产管理中。依托计量一体化管控平台,分析计量资产全寿命周期中8个主要环节的生产管理数据,根据历史计量资产停运原因统计结果,构建计量资产寿命预测模型,并分别在资产采购环节、配送环节、运行环节、报废环节采取科学的成本控制策略,使计量资产质量状态最优、全寿命周期成本最低,从而实现计量资产管理目标。 The concept of full life cycle management is being increasingly introduced into metering asset management by globally renowned electric power enterprises.Relying on an integrated measurement control platform,the production management data from eight major stages of full life cycle of metering assets are analyzed.Based on statistical results of the reasons for historical me⁃tering asset shutdown,a prediction model of metering asset lifespan is established.The scientific cost control strategies are then implemented in the asset procurement stage,distribution stage,operation stage and scrapping stage to optimize the quality of me⁃tering assets and minimize the cost in full life cycle,thus achieving the management objectives of metering assets.
