As the revolutionary teacher of the world proletariat and the Russian people,Lenin made three historical contributions to the theoretical and practical development of scientific socialism.First,he criticized revisionism and insisted on and defended the basic views of Marx and Engels on the future communist society;second,he developed the theory of proletarian revolution and the theory of transition period in accordance with the times,and created the first socialist country,realizing the historic leap of socialism from theory to practice;third,according to the reality of Russia,he explored the era’s question of how to build socialism in backward countries,put forward the basic ideas and basic assumptions of building socialism in backward countries,and left a rich ideological legacy.The rich ideological legacy left by Lenin has profoundly influenced the development of the world socialist movement in the 20th century,and has important reference significance for the Communist Party of China to explore the socialist road in line with its national conditions.
