公共文化服务高质量发展的研究现状及展望——以习近平文化思想为视角

Current Research Status and Prospects for the High-Quality Development of Public Cultural Services——From the Perspective of Xi Jinping’s Cultural Thought

公共文化服务高质量发展对于推进精神生活共同富裕、提升国家文化软实力、建成文化强国具有基础性作用。习近平文化思想作为新时代党领导文化建设实践经验的理论总结,为我国公共文化服务的发展提供了重要的理论指导。使用主题检索法,对中国知网期刊数据库收录的相关文献进行分析,发现已有研究主要聚焦于厘清公共文化服务高质量发展的内涵、作用以及探索公共文化服务高质量发展的路径及评估框架方面。面对当前我国公共文化服务发展不平衡、社会参与规范性不足、数字化融合亟待加强、乡村服务面临多重困境及评价体系还不够完备等挑战,必须在习近平文化思想的指导下,进一步关注公共文化服务的基础议题、行为主体、创新发展、社会影响、服务设施以及治理体系和治理能力现代化等方面的研究。

The high-quality development of public cultural services plays a foundational role in promoting the common prosperity of spiritual life,enhancing the nation’s soft power,and building a culturally strong country.Xi Jinping’s Cultural Thought,as a theoretical summary of the practical experience in cultural construction under the leadership of the Party in the new era,provides important theoretical guidance for the development of public cultural services in China.Using thematic retrieval methods,this study analyzes relevant literature indexed in the CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)journal database.The findings reveal that existing research primarily focuses on clarifying the connotations and functions of high-quality development in public cultural services,exploring the paths and assessment frameworks for such development.Confronted with challenges such as the imbalanced development of public cultural services,inadequate normativity of social participation,urgent need for enhanced digital integration,multiple predicaments in rural services,and an incomplete evaluation system,future research should,under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s Cultural Thought,further address foundational issues,subjects of action,innovative development,social impact,service facilities,and the modernization of governance systems and capabilities in public cultural services.
