基于扎根理论的时间银行养老模式参与意愿的模型构建

Construction of participation intention model of time⁃bank pension model based on grounded theory

时间银行养老模式被认为是我国低成本战略应对人口老龄化的重要举措。文章以广东省为例,采用目的抽样法对广东省深圳、广州、东莞、佛山和惠州的老人关于时间银行进行深度访谈,使用扎根理论对访谈文本资料进行编码分析,共访谈50人得到60个有效概念,从中合并出15个范畴,在此基础上再次抽象出5个核心范畴并构建老年人时间银行参与意愿影响机制模型。研究发现,影响老人时间银行参与意愿的因素主要包括时间银行认知、个人需求、情感价值、主观规范和参与机制五个方面,且认知—态度—需求—参与形成闭环,共同构成了时间银行参与机制模型。
