摘要
目的:分析注射用重组人干扰素α1b与炎琥宁联合治疗小儿手足口病的效果。方法:选取我院2020年1月至2022年12月收治的手足口病患儿60例,随机分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30)。对照组静脉滴注利巴韦林注射液15 mg·kg^(-1)治疗,在此基础上,研究组肌肉注射重组人干扰素α1b 1μg•kg^(-1)和静脉滴注炎琥宁注射液10 mg·kg^(-1)治疗。治疗5 d后,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验测定肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNFα)、白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6),散射比浊法测定C反应蛋白(C-reaction protein,CRP)水平,并比较两组患者恢复情况、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:研究组退热、口腔溃疡消退、手足皮疹结痂及住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:重组人干扰素α1b与炎琥宁联合应用可缓解患儿症状,抑制机体炎症反应,加速康复。
Objective:To analyze the effect of recombinant human interferonα1b for injection combined with Yanhuning in the treatment of pediatric hand,foot,and mouth disease.Methods:Sixty children with HFMD treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and a study group(n=30).The control group was treated with an intravenous injection of ribavirin injection 15 mg·kg^(-1).Based on this,the study group was treated with intramuscular injection of recombinant human interferonα1b 1μg·kg^(-1) and intravenous injection of Yanhuning injection 10 mg·kg^(-1).After 5 days of treatment,tumor necrosis factorα-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were determined by doubleantibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and C-reaction protein(CRP)was determined by scattering turbidimetry.The recovery,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The duration of fever,oral ulcer,hand and foot rash and hospital stay in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of recombinant human interferonα1b and Yanhuning can relieve the symptoms of children,inhibit the inflammatory response,and accelerate recovery.
