血清IL-10、HIF-1α、β2-MG与肾小球肾炎患者肾功能损害程度的相关性分析

摘要 目的:分析血清白细胞介素10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)、缺氧诱导因子1α(Hypoxia inducible factor-l alpha,HIF-1α)、β2微球蛋白(β2-microglobin,β2-MG)联合检测与肾小球肾炎患者肾功能损害程度的相关性。方法:选取2020年7月至2023年4月我院收治的110例肾小球肾炎患者为研究对象。根据肾小球滤过率(Glomerular filtration rate,GFR)水平对患者的肾脏损伤程度进行分组,将患者分为重度受损组(n=42);中度受损组(n=37)以及轻度受损组(n=31)。对比三组入院时血清IL-10、HIF-1α、β2-MG及血肌酐(Serum creatinine,Scr)、尿素氮(Blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、胱抑素C(Cystatin C,CysC)水平,分析其相关性,采用接受者操作特性(Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve,ROC)分析入院时各指标联合检测对重度肾功能损伤的诊断价值。结果:入院时血清IL-10、HIF-1α、β2-MG、sCr、BUN、Cys-C水平比较:重度受损组>中度受损组>轻度受损组(P<0.05);肾小球肾炎患者血清IL-10、HIF-1α、β2-MG与血清sCr、BUN、Cys-C均呈正相关(P<0.05);入院时血清IL-10、HIF-1α、β2-MG水平联合诊断肾功能重度受损患者的曲线下面积(Area Under Curve,AUC)为0.906。结论:血清IL-10、HIF-1α、β2-MG水平与肾小球肾炎患者肾功能损害程度密切相关,联合检测其水平对临床评估肾功能损伤程度具有重要意义。 Objective:Serum Interleukin-10(IL-10),Hypoxia inducible factor-lalpha(HIF-1α),β2-microglobin(β2-microglobin)were analyzed.Association ofβ2-MG combined assay with renal function impairment in patients with glomerulonephritis.Methods:110 patients with glomerulonephritis admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the Glomerular filtration rate(GFR)level,the patients were grouped into severe renal injury group(n=42).The moderately impaired group(n=37)and the mildly impaired group(n=31).Serum IL10,HIF-1α,β2-MG and Serum creatinine(Scr),Blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and Cystatin C(CysC)levels of the three groups were compared at admission,and their correlation was analyzed.Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve(ROC)was used to analyze the diagnostic value of combined detection of all indexes on admission to severe renal function injury.Results:The levels of serum IL-10,HIF-1α,β2-MG,sCr,BUN and Cys-C at admission were compared:severely impaired group>moderately impaired group>mildly impaired group(P<0.05);Serum IL-10,HIF-1αandβ2-MG were positively correlated with serum sCr,BUN and Cys-C in patients with glomerulonephritis(P<0.05).The Area Under Curve(AUC)of serum IL10,HIF-1α,andβ2-MG levels in patients with combined diagnosis of severely impaired renal function at admission was 0.906.Conclusion:Serum IL-10,HIF-1α,β2-MG levels are closely related to the degree of renal function impairment in patients with glomerulonephritis,and the combined detection of their levels is of great significance for clinical assessment of renal function impairment.
